PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity type liquid level gage free from maintenance capable of making a liquid smoothly go in and come out between an outer cylinder electrode and the center electrode, and capable of facilitating manufacturing. SOLUTION: In this electrostatic capacity type liquid level gage provided with the outer cylinder electrode and the center electrode provided coaxially with a prescribed distance, attached to a liquefied gas container of high pressure, for example, and suitable for detecting a level of liquefied gas filled in the container, in particular, a circular tube-like conductor provided with a slit along an axial direction is used as the outer cylinder electrode.
