PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for supporting the preparation of a measurement program, in which a reliable measurement program, appropriately including the components required in the three-dimensional measurement of an object to be measured, is prepared easily and quickly. SOLUTION: Two-dimensional drawing data are prepared from three-dimensional shape data on the object to be measured, and measurement attribute data required in preparing the measurement program for the three-dimensional measurement of the object are set, on the basis of dimensional leader lines, dimensional values, and tolerances which are set for the two-dimensional drawing data.
