PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle body capable of preventing intrusion of oil mist into a pressure lead-in passage hole and capable of always performing an accurate detection with an intake pressure sensor. SOLUTION: In this throttle body, lowering an intake passage 16 arranged with a throttle valve and fitted with an intake pressure sensor for detecting the pressure inside the intake passage 16 through a pressure lead-in passage hole 112 having an opening part 46 in the downstream of the throttle valve of the intake passage 16, the pressure lead-in passage hole 112 is formed from the opening part 46 obliquely in relation to the existing direction of the intake passage 16 so that the pressure lead-in passage hole 112 is separated more from the intake passage 16 as it comes to the more upstream of the intake passage.
