PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly nail or screw a panel body of a wall panel to a wall column, in which a heat insulation board is stuck in advance to the one side face of the panel body and prevent the heat insulation capacity from deteriorating due to moisture of the heat insulation board. SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 4 is stuck to the surface of a heat insulation board 3 stuck to one side face of a panel body. The end of the heat insulation board 3 covering a part to nail or screw the panel body 2 to a wall column 5 is cut off by a necessary width for nailing or screwing work while leaving so as not to cut a part of the waterproof sheet 4, the cut off part 6 is made non-adhesive to the surface of the panel body 2.
