PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste material supply device in compressing and bailing equipment of waste materials for recycling capable of not making a coarse part at the upper part of the waste material block obtained, compressing the waste material such as polyethylene telephthalate bottles without remaining an uncompressed part, and easily forming the block from the waste material difficult for hardening such as a folded magazine. SOLUTION: In the compressing and bailing equipment comprising a casting port 2 for waste material opened to the upper side and a prismatic tube compression chamber where a pressure plate 6 compressing the casted waste material into a block is interior trimmed so as to be freely reciprocally driven in fore-and-aft direction across the casting port 2 and a prismatic tube bailing chamber connected to the front edge of the compression chamber and gradually narrowing towards the front, a waste material supply device in the compressing and bailing equipment of waste material for recycling is arranged to connect a vertical type waste material feeding cylinder 12 supplying the waste material from the top of the casting port of the compression chamber, and a cover 14 which locks and unlocks the waste material casting port 2 is arranged, and a damper 19 which controls the amount of the waste material supplied to the waste material feeding cylinder freely advancing and retreating is arranged.
