CONTINUOUS PREPARATION FACILITY FOR FINE LIQUID DROP AND CONTINUOUS PREPARATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous preparation facility for a fine liquid drop realizing a high quality of the fine liquid drop by easily coping with change in an operation condition and avoiding rebuilding of the facility and stopping of the operation as much as possible, and a continuous preparation method. SOLUTION: The continuous preparation facility for the fine liquid drop has a liquid feed part 1 provided with a storage tank 10a; dispersing machines 2, 3 for introducing raw liquid from the storage tank and stirring/emulsifying it; and a post-treatment part 4 for introducing the emulsified liquid in the dispersing machine. The facility is provided with the fist and second dispersing machines 2, 3 having different stirring mechanisms as dispersing machines; first piping systems 11-13 capable of introducing storage liquid from a liquid feed part 1 to first dispersing machine 2; a second piping system 14 capable of introducing liquid from the first dispersing machine 2 to the second dispersing machine 3; a third piping system 15 capable of introducing liquid from the second dispersing machine 3 to a post-treatment part 4; a fourth piping system 16 connecting the first piping system 13 and the third piping system 15 and capable of introducing storage tank liquid from the liquid feed part 1 to the post-treatment part 4; and a fifth piping system 17 connecting the fourth piping system 16 and the second piping system 14 and capable of introducing storage tank liquid from the liquid feed part 1 to the dispersing machine 3 through the first and fourth piping system and a part of the second piping system 14.
