CYLINDRICAL BASE FOR PLANT CULTIVATION, RAIN GUTTER AND DRAIN STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting base corresponding to greening a soilless planting surface by filling soil in a hollow body having water permeability and completely eliminating the erosion of the soil. SOLUTION: This cylindrical planting base 15 for plant cultivation comprises a hollow cylinder 11 comprising a multi-layer overlapping laminated body of polypropylene nonwoven fabric. Soil 10 for planting is filled in the inside. The planting base comprises forming on the upper part a plurality of planting through-holes 11a enabling inserting a root of a planting material, a water impermeable painting film 12 on the circumferential lower surface side of the hollow cylinder 11, and a water permeable part 12a on the lower part of the painting film 12 so as to maintain water retention at appropriate amount for infiltration water infiltrating into the hollow cylinder 11.
