RESTORATIVE AND GRAFTING MATERIAL FOR HARD TISSUE DEFECT AND FABRICATION METHOD OF THE SAME USING DISINFECTED ANIMAL TEETH

PURPOSE: A restorative and grafting material for hard tissue defect and a preparation method of the same using animal teeth are provided to meet a large demand by supplying an original material sufficiently. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the restorative and grafting material for hard tissue defect comprises the steps of: collecting the animal teeth which are the waste of a knackery; removing a soft tissue and bleaching by dipping the teeth in a hydrogen peroxide, drying and then disinfecting with an ethyl alcohol and cleaning with a ultrasonic cleaner; incinerating the animal teeth by a heat treatment; grinding the incinerated teeth; bleaching the teeth powders and removing the remnant impurities by a heat treatment; and sterilizing the teeth powders using an ethylene gas.
