PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid invasion of a microorganism into a working room, and to sample the microorganism through no manual work. SOLUTION: The first and second robots 6, 7 provided in the first isolator 1 convey a sampling tool 5 to the first and second sampling positions A, B to collect the naturally falling microorganism, convey the sampling tool 5 to the third sampling position C to collect the microorganism suspended in the vicinity of a filling nozzle 17b, and collect the microorganism deposited on the prescribed filling nozzle 17b and a surface of a plug feeder 18b respectively in the fourth and fifth sampling positions D, E, in order to collect the microorganism in the first isolator 1 before an operation of a filling line 4, under the operation and after the operation. An inside of the working room is prevented from being contaminated by a worker by providing a handling means inside the working room, and he microorganism is sampled without manual work.
