PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a crystal vibrator meets oscillation conditions of a Colpits oscillation circuit at an unwanted oscillation frequency other than a desired frequency and causes unwanted oscillation because the crystal vibrator has inductive reactance at a sub-vibration frequency near a main vibration frequency and an overtone frequency of the main frequency, in a conventional crystal oscillator formed by common collector Colpits oscillation circuit including a crystal vibrator. SOLUTION: The crystal oscillator circuit is constituted so as to has a series resonator circuit 12 consisting of a capacitor 7(C1) and an inductor 11(L1) which are connected between a base and an emitter of a transistor 6, a parallel resonator circuit 14 consisting of a capacitor 8(C2) and an inductor 12(L2) which are connected between a collector and the emitter, and a crystal vibrator 9 connected between the collector and the base.
