PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the light use efficiency of an objective lens by preventing the support of the objective lens to correct its tilting from shading the luminous flux. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an objective lens holder 13 which holds the outer peripheral part of an objective lens 2 and in which a pair of support shafts 14 having axial centers projected in the outer peripheral direction of the objective lens 2 orthogonal to the optical axis thereof are disposed, a bobbin 3 in which a bearing part 17 is disposed to support the support shafts 14 to turn around the axial center of a direction orthogonal to a radial direction and which houses the objective lens holder 13 , and a tilt correction means 20 for turning the objective lens holder 13 around the axial centers of the support shafts 14. Thus, since the objective lens holder 13 for turnably supporting the objective lens holder 13 to correct tilting is positioned outside the range of the luminous flux of the objective lens 2, the luminous flux of the objective lens 2 is not blocked, and the light use efficiency of the objective lens 2 is increased, wherein good signal characteristics are obtained.
