PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complete supply stop control device capable of reducing a monitoring work and workers' fatigue while enabling a planned production by automation. SOLUTION: This device comprises a batch processing operation control unit 11 consisting of a setting part for setting a supply, a batch processing part for outputting signals to a feed pump 3 and an opening and closing valve 5 when a measured unit supply reaches a set unit supply, or a measured aggregate supply reaches a set aggregate supply, and a start operation part for outputting a batch processing start signal to the batch processing part, the control unit 11 being built in a counter case 10. The batch processing operation control unit repeats supplies at the set unit supply rate a necessary number of times, stops all of processing when the measured total supply obtained by the repeated supplied reaches the set aggregate set supply, and outputs stopping and closing signals to the feed pump 3 and the opening and closing valve 5. Accordingly, if the set total supply is set, the supply of a liquid exceeding this is automatically stopped.
