PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens space adjusting ring capable of maintaining prescribed spacing between lenses which is adjacent to each other with high accuracy, and also, having a good external appearance. SOLUTION: A 1st biconvex lens 6, a 2nd concave meniscus lens 8 and the lens space adjusting ring 10 molded by drawing are incorporated in a lens barrel 4, and the prescribed spacing between the 1st lens 6 and the 2nd lens 8 is held by the lens space adjusting ring 10. The lens space adjusting ring 10 is constituted of an outer peripheral part which is extruded and locked at the time of drawing and a conical-molded inner peripheral part whose front side comes in contact with the 1st lens 6 and whose rear side comes in contact with the 2nd lens 8, and a V-shaped notch is molded at a boundary between the outer peripheral part and the inner peripheral part.
