PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game parlor from losing a premier (privilege) value even if a game medium is settled without using game value corresponding to an issued amount or additionally paid amount. SOLUTION: The game system comprises reading means 3 and 327 for reading out information recorded on a game recording medium having specific game value data recorded thereon, game usage processing means 3 and 328 for processing it to allow magnitudes of the game value to be used in games, consumed game value adding-up means 100 for adding up magnitudes of the game value consumed in games for the individual game recording medium, consumed value storing means 100 for storing the magnitude of the added-up values consumed in games, an entitlement condition establishment judging means 100 for judging whether the magnitude of the value consumed in games stored in the consumed value storing means meets a predetermined entitlement condition, and a privilege game value granting means 100 for giving a privilege game value to be used in a game of a predetermined magnitude to a game recording medium judged to meet the entitlement condition or the player having the recording medium when the entitlement condition is judged to be met by the judging means.
