PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel clamp structure for an accessory, more practically, to provide a clamp structure of an earring to an earlobe. SOLUTION: The accessory 1 is formed with a pair of ornament parts 2 and 3, a projecting piece 4 in one end of the ornament part 2, and a branch part 5 clamping the projecting piece 4 in one end of the ornament part 3; the projecting piece and the branch part are rotatably connected by a pin 6; the ornament part 3, in its inside, is provided with a spring 7 pressing an internal circumferential face 4a and the tip face 4b of the projecting piece 4; and the ornament parts 2 and 3 constitute an almost loop. A hook 11 facing to the branch part 5 is provided in the internal circumferential side of the ornament part 3, the tip 7a is made to project from the branch part 3, and an intermediate portion 7b of the spring 7 whose rear end 7c is bent toward the internal circumferential face of the ornament part 3, is pushed toward the internal circumferential face of the ornament part 3 by the hook 11 to provide a resilient force to the tip 7a of the spring 7.
