PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device providing a toilet lid, a toilet seat and a body case with a minute ornament having a superior adhesion coating film by dissolving a problem that, it is difficult to decorate the toilet lid provided in the upper surface of a toilet bowl, the toilet seat and the body case storing a control device in its inside by a conventional method excluding a single coloring. SOLUTION: This toilet seat device includes the toilet lid, the toilet seat, and the body case storing the control device in its inside on the upper surface of the toilet bowl, and they are coated with primer, or polymer formed by graft copolymerizing addition polymers with polar group to olefin (co)polymer, and a color coat, and forming a printed layer by hydraulic transfer.
