PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment device capable of exposing and easily washing an operation force transmission member. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic treatment device is provided with an ultrasonic treatment tool comprising: a jaw 51 freely turnably supported facing an ultrasonic probe, for clamping a biological tissue with the ultrasonic probe; an operation part body 6a (operation part 6) for opening and closing the jaw 51 with respect to the ultrasonic probe; an operation rod 50 for connecting the jaw 51 and the operation part main 6a and transmitting operation force from the operation part body 6a to the jaw 51; and an insertion part jacket tube 4 covering the operation rod 50 and having the jaw 51 on a tip side. The ultrasonic treatment tool is constituted so that the jaw 51 and the operation rod 50 are attachable and detachable and the insertion part jacket tube 4 is attachable and detachable to/from the operation part body 6a.
