<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print an image as if it is a reproduction of a photo print of the existing silver film, such as reversal film effect. <P>SOLUTION: A printing system 10 comprises a digital camera 11, a photograph printer 12, and a memory card 13. The digital camera 11 stores image data of a photographed subject and film effect setting information in the memory card 13. In the information, a type of photographic film to be reproduced such as a reversal film effect is input. The photograph printer 12 reads the film effect setting information and the photographed image data from the memory card 13, and prints out corrected image data which have been corrected by applying image processing such as γ correction, sharpness correction, and color correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
