<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle capable of suppressing reduction of power transmission efficiency due to power circulation while operating an internal combustion engine at a point having high fuel consumption efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the hybrid vehicle, a Ravigneaux type planetary gearing mechanism 110 is mounted in a power distribution device 100, a carrier 113c is connected to an engine 200, a sun gear 111s is connected to a motor generator 300, and a sun gear 115s is connected to a motor generator 400 and a driving wheel 500.
