<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray-type parts feeding device which is capable of positioning a pallet on a parts feeding stage with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A desired pallet 59 on a tray shelf is stopped at a position corresponding to the parts feeding stage 30. Trays 58 are positioned by four positioning members 61 in the pallet 59, and electronic parts, such as CPS and the like, are placed and held in a parts keeping unit 62. A carriage 33 of the parts feeding stage 30 is moved backward. When a hook device 32 is engaged with the hook engaging part 62 of the pallet 59, the carriage 33 is moved forward to draw out the pallet 59 from the tray shelf. The pallet 59 slides forward on pallet mounting rails 31a and 31b and stopped at a prescribed position as both its sides are guided by receiving-side rollers 38 and pushing-side rollers 41. The pushing-side rollers 41 press the pallet 59 against the receiving-side rollers 38 by an energizing force applied from an energizing member through the intermediary of a rotating member, and the pallet 59 is positioned at a position on the basis of the rotating faces of the receiving-side rollers 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
