PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating sheet which intervenes between a heating structure and a radiator, for effectively conducting heat released from the exothermic body to the radiator to suppress an increase in temperature of the exothermic body, thereby enhancing its resilient characteristic. SOLUTION: The heat dissipating sheet comprises a porous metal system in which a pillar-like metal spreads in a net-like state and a filler member for filling an air gap of the metal system, and the porosity of the porous metal system is 80% or more, and a ratio of a space of a hinge obtained by combining with the pillar-like metal to a line diameter of the pillar-like metal is 2 or more. It is preferable that the filler member is constituted of a silicon rubber, a polyurethane resin or an epoxy resin.
