<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable garbage bag and a packaging bag for a fertilizer, which prevent the emission of a hazardous substance such as dioxin, and which make production costs low. <P>SOLUTION: This biodegradable bag is constituted by molding a biodegradable resin composition in a bag shape. The biodegradable resin composition is composed of 20-50 wt% starch powder, a 30-60 wt% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) with a melting index of 0.5-5 g/10 min, a 10-30 wt% reinforced polyethylene resin (mPE) with a melting index of 0.5-5 g/10 min, and 1-5 wt% natural oils and fats (vegetable oil and animal oil and fat). Glycerin or polyethylene glycol of 0.5-5.0 wt% as a plasticizer can also be added to the biodegradable resin composition, and at least one kind, which is selected from a group of calcium carbonate, clay, talc and silica as a filler, can also be added to the biodegradable resin composition by 0.1-5.0 wt%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
