PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer evaluation system that improves efficiency of a system evaluation by unfailingly preventing logical irregularities due to a combination of revisions of components. SOLUTION: The computer evaluation system evaluates logical irregularities of various components including hardware, software and firmware composing the computer 10, and comprises a revision control table 150 that registers revision information of various components of the computer 10, a logical irregularities control table 160 that registers at least contents of a pattern of the logical irregularities due to a combination of revisions of the components among the logical irregularities detected in the system evaluation, and a system control part 15 that judges whether the revision of the component registered in the revision control table 150 matches the pattern of the logical irregularities due to the combination of revisions of the components registered in the logical irregularities control table 160, and if it matches, switches the component to a component of another revision having no logical irregularities.
