PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of distributed processings by easily lending the calculation resources of a processor with a margin when the calculation resources of another processor are insufficient. SOLUTION: The calculation resources of the processor are made into clusters in a plurality of small processors 14, the operation conditions of the respective small processors 14 are monitored in a management processor 12, and a task is allocated to the small processor to be operated corresponding to the size of the load of a requested information processing.
