PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a fluorine liquid filter allowing the stable flow of a secondary refrigerant and excellent heat transfer by filling the secondary refrigerant and regulating pressure against the shrinkage and pressure fluctuation of the secondary refrigerant and removing fluorine compounds from the secondary refrigerant. SOLUTION: In this cooling device, a Stirling refrigerator is connected to a cool heat using apparatus through a circulation line, the secondary refrigerant is circulated by a secondary refrigerant pump, a reservoir tank 6 with a bellows tank 6 is connected to a secondary refrigerant line, and the fluorine liquid filter 14 is installed in the reservoir tank 6.
