PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for a control panel capable of executing heat exchange by circulating a combustible or harmful refrigerant without leaking it at least in a device body. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circulation circuit 4 for circulating the combustible or harmful refrigerant by connecting heat exchangers installed in the inside and the outside of the control panel 3 to each other through a pipe is connected by a pipe 9 without having a pipe connection part 12 in an intermediate part from the heat exchanger 5 in the panel to the outside of the control panel 3, and a pipe connection part 12 for connecting the pipes to each other is installed outside the control panel 3.
