PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner face rust removing treatment device for a steel pipe structure particularly suitable to, mainly, an inner face rust removing treatment process and easy to operate from the outside by allowing wide-rage application to an inner face checking process for the steel pipe structure, an inner face rust removing treatment process in accordance with the checking result and an inner face rust preventing treatment process after removing rust. SOLUTION: The inner face repairing device 200 for the steel pipe structure checks the corrosive condition of the inner face of a steel pipe member A of the steel pipe structure 100 via an opening possible portion C and removes rust from a detected rust removal portion and gives rust preventing treatment thereto. The inner face repairing device 200 is inserted through the opening possible portion C. The device 200 being held inside the member is moved for checking the inner face of the member with cameras 217, 218. When the rust removal portion J is detected, its position and size are measured. Then, an inner face rust removing/rust preventing treatment device 400 is inserted to the detected rust removal portion and held inside the member and the rust removal portion is identified by a camera 324a. The device 400 is applied to the rust removal portion for removing the rust with grinding operation and the removal of the rust is identified by the camera 324a.
