PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming attachment with which a user can adjust the hemline length of a garment such as men's trousers to a wearer in an extremely short time; and to provide a garment with a hemming function. SOLUTION: The hemming attachment is utilized as follows: setting a hemming paper 1 in line with a hemline 13; entirely reversing the whole of men's trousers 11; spreading the hemming paper 1 to bond it to the reverse side of the hem so that a perpendicular line 9 coincides with a side line 12; cutting off the hem of the men's trousers 11 from above of the hemming paper 1 so as to make the hem line have a predetermined length; inwardly folding a main body part 3 at a folding groove 7a when the hem length is 8 cm to make the cutting line coincide with the hemline 13; folding again the hem along the hemline 13; ironing out the hemline 13 to make a crease thereon; picking up the facing positions of the hemline 13 respectively with both hands to strain them so that fabric ranging from the hemline 13 to a bottom line 11b is finely reversed to complete the hemming of the men's trouser 11; and thereafter, thermally bonding all around the hemline with a hemming tape 15.
