PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact-resistant polystyrenic resin composition improved in cold flow properties of a rubber and well-balancedly improved simultaneously in reactivity with a styrene monomer, impact resistance, gloss performances, tensile strength and tensile elongation performances, low-temperature characteristics and the like. SOLUTION: The rubber-modified impact-resistant styrenic resin composition comprises a rubbery polymer, where the rubbery polymer is a modified polybutadiene obtained by modifying a high cis-high vinyl polybutadiene in the presence of a transition metal catalyst and the impact-resistant styrenic resin composition has a rubber particle graft ratio within the range of 200-350 and a degree of swelling within the range of 8-15.
