PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in balance between impact resistance and processability and excellent in weather resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 10-40 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer (A) prepared by polymerization of an ethylene-propylene rubber with an aromatic vinyl and vinyl cyanide; 10-50 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer (B) prepared by polymerization of an acrylate rubber, which has a weight-average particle diameter of 0.03-0.15μm and a gel content of 75-95 wt.% as determined in a toluene solvent, with 66-80 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl, 5-24 wt.% of vinyl cyanide, and 0-10 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate; and 80-20 pts.wt. of a copolymer (C) prepared by polymerization of 10-50 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl, 0-10 wt.% of vinyl cyanide, and 50-90 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate. In this thermoplastic resin composition, the ratio of the graft copolymer (A) to the graft copolymer (B) falls in the range of 1:1 to 1:9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
