PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a ROPS (a roll-over protective structure) easily forms an obstacle when attaching/detaching a floor cover in a mode that right and left sides of the ROPS are swollen in the right-to-left direction and expanded to an upper part of a fender 2 in a tractor body in which a main body composed of a clutch housing, a transmission case or the like is covered from a step panel, a seat panel, a fender, a dashboard or the like by placing an integrated floor cover, the ROPS is erected on a rear part while being protruded on the fender to cover a part surrounding a driver's seat. SOLUTION: In a tractor having a portal ROPS 3 between fenders 2 on right and left sides over a rear upper part of a driver's seat 1, the right and left side parts 4 of the ROPS 3 are expanded over the fender 2, right and left lower ends 5 are supported at positions forward of the rear end 8 of the fender 2 and below the upper face 6 thereof in a longitudinally derricking and turnable manner around a derricking shaft 7.
