PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement of a cutter body in the axial direction by superposing the shaft center of the cutter body to an adapter body without being affected by thermal expansion. SOLUTION: Projecting parts 13 are formed at regular intervals along a reference line A passing the center O of the cutter body 12, extending outward, and the width of each projecting part 13 becomes narrower toward the front in the radial direction of the cutter body 12. The projecting part 13 is formed in a trapezoidal shape so that the width is the largest at the base in the cutter body 12, becoming narrower toward the front, and comprises both side surfaces 21 and 22.
