PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a new kitchen knife holder which can stably and consistently hold a kitchen knife regardless of the profile of a handle and the type, length, etc. of the kitchen knife. SOLUTION: The kitchen knife holder (10) provided with a storing section (12) for the blade (21) of the kitchen knife (20) and a support (11) having an insertion port (111), wherein a pressure member (13), which presses the back section (23) of the handle (22) of the kitchen knife (20), is included in a slidable way in or near the support (11), and the handle (22) of the kitchen knife (20) is stably held by the pressure member (13) and the support (11) insertion port (111).
