Rinse-off personal care compositions comprising a perfume polymeric particle, which is useful as a delivery system for a perfume raw material ("PRM"), methods for making such personal care compositions and methods of treating substrates, such as skin and/or hair with such personal care compositions are provided. The polymer is preferably selected from anionic or nonionic polymers, wherein said polymer further comprises an anionic monomer and a nonionic monomer.
