This present invention provides an inhalant vaccine for the protection of CF patients with Deltaf508/Deltaf508 mutation and an inhalant serum for the protection of CF patients with different mutation than Deltaf508/Deltaf508 against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The inhalant vaccine for the protection of CF patients with Deltaf508/Deltaf508 mutation against Pseudomonas aeruginosa will stimulate the immune system of CF patients to produce the anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibodies directed to an opsonic monoclonal antibody specific to the peptide 103-117 of CFTR. This produced anti-Id antibody will be responsible for the destruction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The inhalant serum for the protection of CF patients with Deltaf508/Deltaf508 mutation and different mutation than Deltaf508/Deltaf508 against Pseudomonas aeruginosa will be responsible for the destruction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. |
