<p>The invention relates to a dual-head micro vacuum pump. The inventive pump consists of a first head (1) and a second head (2), each of which comprises a frame (3, 8) having a driving mechanism fixed therein. The pump further comprises a suction connector (16), a discharge connector (17), suction nozzles (5, 4), discharge nozzles (7, 6) and suction and discharge valves. In addition, the first head (1) contains a second suction nozzle (14) and a suction valve which is associated with said suction nozzle. Moreover, the second head (2) contains a second discharge nozzle (13) and a discharge valve which is associated therewith. The inventive micropump also comprises a connector (18) which provides a connection between the above-mentioned second discharge nozzle (13) and second suction nozzle (14). Furthermore, at least one of the connectors is equipped with a throttle valve (15) which controls the passage of air between two interconnected nozzles.</p> |
