Wall duct comprises a protective pipe (2) surrounding a medium pipe (1), and a sealing assembly (4) arranged between the medium pipe and the protective pipe on the inner side of a building. The sealing assembly has a securing device consisting of an inner clamping element (5) gripping the medium pipe and a holding element (9) gripping the end of the protective pipe to prevent displacement of the sealing assembly toward the outside. Independent claims are also included for sealing assemblies for the above wall duct.
