<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement panel and a reinforcing method with excellent construction properties of work for an existing structure, coping with constraint such as construction limits, and reinforcing the existing structure. <P>SOLUTION: The reinforcement panel 1 is manufactured using fiber reinforced cement mixed material 13, and the reinforcement panel 1 is fitted to the existing structure 6 to reinforce the existing structure 6. The fitting surface of the reinforcement panel 1 is provided with a recessed part 11 for increasing the adhesive force. An adjacent part reinforcing plate 5 may be provided so that the adjacent part reinforcing plate 5 is stretched between the respective adjacent parts of the adjacent reinforcement panels 1.
