<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground structure for a fuel tank capable of preventing electricity accumulation. <P>SOLUTION: This ground structure includes a ring-shaped member 8 formed by metal fixed at an outer periphery of an opening portion 7, and a retainer 9 fixing a cover body 1 at the ring-shaped member 8. A member which is located adjacent to the cover body 1 and electrically connected to the ground is electrically connected at least either of the ring-shaped member 8 or the retainer 9, and is connected to the ground through at least either of the ring-shaped member 8 or the retainer 9. The outmost layer of a tank body 2 of a fuel tank T is a conductive material, and the tank body 2 is connected to the ground. Besides, the member electrically connected to the ground is either of a ground line 20a provided at the fuel pomp built in the cover body 1, conductive pipes 41, 51 electrically connected to the vehicle body, a fuel supply pipe 4 of the fuel pump fixed at the conductive cover body 1, or a fuel return pipe 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
