<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dose schedule management method and system and a dose schedule management program which can be provided at a low cost without applying a load to a sending source system, with respect to a dose schedule management method and system and a dose schedule management program. <P>SOLUTION: In a system in which a portable terminal communicates with a computer through a communication part, the portable terminal 10 side is provided with an application 12a for managing a medication schedule about a dose, and the computer 20 side is provided with a database 27 for storing basic data of medication about the dose.
