PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge type petroleum combustion machine capable of reducing the quantity of metal mineral-based foreign materials floating in an oil-receiving plate and preventing a phenomenon wherein the inside of a pump is corroded due to the suction of the foreign material into the the pump. SOLUTION: This cartridge type petroleum combustion machine is so structured that an oil filter 7 is installed on the oil-receiving plate 2 to surround a cap 1a of an oil supply tank 1; and the oil-receiving plate 2 is connected to a carburetor 5 of a combustion part 4 with an oil feeding pipe 3 by interlaying a pump 6. The oil filter 7 is provided with a bottomed cylindrical fine filter 7a on its circumferential side face; a boss 7f for opening and closing a valve mechanism of the cap 1a at the center part of the bottom surface; a flange 7g, on its upper surface, mounted on the peripheral part of a circular hole 2a opened in the upper surface of the oil-receiving plate 2; a bottomed cylindrical magnetized filter 7b in the circumference of the fine filter 7a; and a magnetic body 7c magnetically connected to the magnetized filter 7b between bottom surfaces of the filter 7 and the magnetized filter 7b.
