PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage/operate a database of a map graphic information server, and to rapidly reflect the result of survey. SOLUTION: The map graphic information server 4 is provided with a common ground object attribute information database DA and an individual map graphic attribute information database DB. In the common map graphic attribute information database DA, the attribute information of the map graphic commonly used between provided services. In the individual map graphic attribute information database DB, the attribute information of the map graphic individually used in the provided service. A plurality of individual map graphic attribute information databases DB are prepared for the provided services respectively. The portable wireless terminal 1 sends the attribute information of a desired map graphic inputted as survey information to the map graphic information server 4. The map graphic information server 4 immediately writes, as the latest attribute information, the attribute information of the map graphic sent from the portable wireless terminal 1 in the individual ground object attribute information database DB. Also, the ground object information server 4 transmits the written latest map graphic attribute information to the portable wireless terminal 1 and is displayed on a screen as an image.
