PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device capable of achieving high-precision and stable run and high-speed movement in spite of non-magnetism, durability, and light weight. SOLUTION: A plurality of rolling elements are disposed between a slider 19 and a guide rail 18, and the rolling elements roll along a first contact surface as a contact surface of the slider 19 to the rolling elements and a second contact surface as a contact surface of the guide rail 18 to the rolling elements in a linear guide device 12. At least either of the slider 19 and the guide rail 18 is formed of magnesium alloy which satisfies [strengthσ(N/mm<SP>2</SP>)/specific gravityρ(g/mm<SP>3</SP>)]≥120(10<SP>-3</SP>m<SP>-2</SP>).
