PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer system by which the shock and load applied to a holder and caused by the movement of the holder, or the like are reduced, and the transfer time is shortened in a system carrying the holder mounting a plurality of magnetic heads to a bonding position when applying ball bonding to the magnetic heads. SOLUTION: The transfer system has a first surface and a second surface rotated and moved between a holder reception position and a final transfer position at a stage fixing the holder. The respective surfaces are in a horizontal state at the holder reception position. Each of the first surface and the second surface are inclined by a given angle with respect to the surface vertical to the axes of the rotation and movement.
