PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamy alcohol composition which contains a lower alcohol in a high concentration, has excellent foamability and extremely stable foamed foam. SOLUTION: This foamy alcohol composition comprises the lower alcohol, water, a propellant and a perfluoroalkyl alcohol. The perfluoroalkyl alcohol is concretely represented by the formula (1) C<SB>m</SB>H<SB>2m+1</SB>C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n</SB>OH (1) ((m) is an integer of 2-18; (n) is an integer of 1-3).
