CITRULLINATED SYNTHETIC PEPTIDES AND USES THEREOF

Novel citrullinated linear synthetic peptides and multiple antigen peptides (MAP) comprising them, which are useful as antigens in assays for the detection of antibodies and T cells specific to citrullinated antigens, are described, the antibodies and T cells being characteristic of auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis.
