The part separating device separates bottles (11). It has a track with a receiving region and an issuing region, with guide devices (e.g. 19, 22), the boundary surface (25) of which bounds this region. Its width decreases between the receiving and issuing regions. There is at least one friction reducer (28), e.g. a ball, at the boundary surfaces.
