The articulated joint connecting the cultivator tool to the support frame comprises two parts held together through a spring. Seen in side view and in relation to the drive direction the plane (32) which runs through the swivel points of the articulated parts (12,10,11) runs from the back at the top to the front at the bottom. The front free end (16) of the cultivator is set at a distance behind the plane which runs through the swivel points of the joint parts.
