PURPOSE: A method for discharging water from a water-saving shower is provided to prevent waste of water, and to make the convenient usage possible. CONSTITUTION: The method includes steps of; estimating(S1) whether a user approaches a shower; discharging(S2) water by opening the switching valve when he/she approaches it; estimating(S3) whether he/she leaves it; stopping(S4) water by cutting off the switching valve when he/she leaves it; estimating(S3a) whether an off-signal is input from an off-switch when he/she doesn't leave it; stopping(S3b) water when the off-signal is input; continuously discharging water whether the off-signal is input; estimating(S3c) whether an on-signal is input form an on-switch; estimating(S3d) whether he/she leaves the shower position; and ending the control of the shower when a leaving detection signal is input from a optical sensor in the state of water stop.
