An infusion device (1) comprising a housing (3) with an upper face plate (4) and a lower face plate (5) and a cannula (6) connected to the lower face pla te (5) and through which a liquid is injected into the skin of a user; means fo r injecting the liquid and an adhesive sheet material (101) placed in connecti on with the lower face plate (5) and for securing the infusion device (1) to th e skin, said adhesive sheet material (101) comprising a backing layer (102) which has, on a portion of one surface, an adhesive layer (103), said adhesi ve lacer (103) being covered by a removable release liner (104), said sheet and release liner (104) comprising a central aperture (105) through which the cannula (6) may act, and wherein the release liner (104) comprises at least one score line (106), wherein the starting point (107) for the score line (106) for stripping it off the adhesive layer (103) is placed in the periphe ry (108) of the release liner (104) and wherein the score line (106) is an unbroken line that does not intersect itself and continues to an end point placed on the border of the periphery (110) of the release liner~s central aperture (105). Hereby a release liner (104) is obtained that can be removed in one piece as a strip, thereby reducing the risk of the user handling the product erroneously; and, likewise, little force is needed to remove the str ip since, other things being equal, the adhesive force is all that needs to be overcome in the piece of strip which the user is currently in the process of removing.
